2Get PLS (PulseChain Gas Token)
You need PLS to pay for transactions on PulseChain. There are several ways to get it:
- Bridge from Ethereum: Use the official PulseChain Bridge to move ETH → PLS
- Buy on an exchange: Some exchanges list PLS directly — check CoinGecko for current listings
- Swap via a cross-chain DEX: Services like Portal Bridge or aggregators can help
You only need a small amount of PLS for gas — transactions on PulseChain cost fractions of a penny.
3Swap for PZEN on PulseX
PulseX is the main decentralised exchange on PulseChain. Here's how to swap:
- Go to PulseX Swap
- Connect your MetaMask wallet
- In the "Swap To" field, paste the PZEN contract address:

- Enter the amount of PLS you want to swap
- Set slippage to 3-5% (Settings ⚙️) — needed for the 2.21% tax
- Click Swap and confirm in MetaMask
